Account data: name, email, and profile picture provided by Google or Apple when you use social login.

User content: messages exchanged with the AI companion, app preferences, and settings.

Usage data: access date and time, device, OS, language, and anonymized usage metrics.

Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

To provide and operate the service, personalize AI companion responses, process subscriptions, deliver support, prevent fraud, and improve product quality.

Messages may be used in aggregated and anonymized form to improve models and the overall experience.

Performance of a contract (providing the service), consent (optional communications), compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, product improvement).

AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) to generate conversational responses.

Stripe, to process payments on the web platform.

Lovable Cloud (Supabase) for hosting, database, and authentication.

We do not sell your personal data.

We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 90 days, except when retention is required by law.

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or anonymization of your data, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to contato@frendi.app.

We employ encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and industry best practices.

We use essential cookies for authentication and app functionality. We do not use behavioral advertising cookies.

Frendi is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of such a case, we will remove the account and data.

Some providers may process data outside your country. When this occurs, we apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards as required by GDPR and LGPD.
