By accessing or using Frendi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Frendi provides an AI-powered conversational companion with free features and premium features available via subscription.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Frendi.

Premium subscriptions purchased through the website are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play follow those platforms' policies.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled before the renewal date.

When offered, a free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at its end unless canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access remains active until the end of the period already paid.

Refunds follow the policies of the billing platform (Stripe, App Store, or Google Play) and applicable law.

You agree not to: (a) violate any law; (b) abuse the service or other users; (c) reverse engineer; (d) send spam, malware, or illegal content; (e) use the service to generate content that exploits minors, incites violence, or infringes third-party rights.

AI companion responses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. They do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

In life-threatening situations or emotional crises, please seek professional help immediately.

Frendi, its brand, design, and code are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frendi shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the consumer's domicile.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
